A family run food business located in Bantry is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team.
About Your New Role
* Act as the main point of contact for all 300 employees
* Recommend and implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives with an employee cantered mindset
* Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision-making processes are consistent within the HR framework.
* Coach managers on employee situations and best HR Practices.
* Manage the accurate recording of all employees on sick leave and responsible for the management of all employees on long term medical leave.
* Responsible for managing all employee records while on leave e.g. maternity leave, leave of absence etc.
* Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.
* Manage and administer the recruitment and onboarding process including candidate review, interview set up, issuing contracts and manage work visa requirements.
* Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.
* Partnering with payroll to ensure that have all relevant employee information i.e. new hires.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
* Minimum 1 - 3 years HR Experience
* Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
* Enjoys the administrative aspects of the role with a high level of comfort with Microsoft office
* Must be open to travel to Cork city location as needed
