Main duties of this role will include:
* Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with H&S and all documentation is completed
* Taking in and processing deliveries and storing them efficiently and categorically in accordance with goods in
* Accurate picking of orders and preparing for efficient dispatch, ensuring correct packing lists and labels are attached.
* Maintaining stock file accuracy through picking, packing and goods in, as per company guidelines.
* Ensure proper disposal of all waste as per company guidelines,
* General cleanliness of all areas, keep warehouse organised, removing hazards and preventing accidents
* Work closely with other warehouse operatives and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
* Support other warehouse tasks as needed
What are we looking for:
* Experience working in a warehouse is preferable, however full training will be provided for this role..
* Attention to Detail: Ability to process orders accurately
* Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and carrying packages
* Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to report issues and work effectively with team members.
* Basic IT Skills: Good PC skills are desirable
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve warehouse and company goals.
* Forklift experience would be an advantage
