Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as those who require assistance with daily living tasks.
The role will involve working on a shift rota, engaging in daily activities and routines of the service, providing direct support to service users, and contributing to their development, health, wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To ensure delivery of a high standard of care
2. To assist with child/adult activities and care as assigned by the Manager and as indicated in the persons Integrated Care Plan.
3. To encourage recognition of the child/adult as an individual ensuring that they & their familys needs & comforts are given priority
4. Ensure all files are in line ready for Inspection at any given time.
