Job Description:
On behalf of our client, based in Portarlington but servicing all of Leinster, we are seeking a Service & Aftersales Manager to lead their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director, be responsible for all elements service delivery and oversee all account management.
Responsibilities:
* Team Management - Leading and motivating Account Management staff, scheduling workloads, and ensuring high performance.
* Safety & Compliance - Ensure adherence to all safety measures, company policies, and relevant regulatory standards.
* Communication & Coordination - Act as a liaison with Operations, clients, and other departments.
* Management and delivery of ongoing PPM Rentroll
* Compliance of the Rentroll master database and KPI performance for all elements within the aftersales business segment, service & commercial follow up dockets, administrative compliance, urgent follow up repairs
* Monthly billing targets of relevant department codes, PPM, Reactive, Service Follow Up Works and Quoted Repairs
* Tracking and integration of Construction and Capital expenditure installations into new PPM contracts
* Working closely in conjunction with Operations team to meet escalation points and meet key customers’ needs
* Management of Account Managers performance
* Overseeing Account Manager route plans, ensuring min milestones for customers requirements are being met
* Key Customer account management within own remit
* Commercial responsibility for performance and margin control across all PPM and Aftersales billing codes
* Commercial presentation and procurement of required parts for job packs
* Co-Ordination with Operations and Stores Management team of engineers’ requirements in relation to factory and van stock
* Key supplier relationships building
