Job Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of two designated residential centres, ensuring high-quality services and excellent care for residents.
* Lead and direct operational staff to foster a strong team-working ethos and promote excellence in service delivery.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.
Requirements
* An appropriate third-level qualification in Health and Social Care management or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
* Demonstrable knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
