What Youll Be Doing Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007 Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements ?? Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive ?? Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders Championing best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement ?? ?? What You Bring Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care At least 3 years management experience in health or social care A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ) Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities Full eligibility to work in Ireland ??
