The main responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying and purchasing replacement parts, managing inventory controls, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate parts supply and will maintain organized records of transactions.QualificationsExperience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory ControlStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist customers effectivelyBasic Sales knowledge and the ability to understand customers' part requirementsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with inventory management software is advantageousPositive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
