This is a full-time, hybrid role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality pension administration services. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Handling queries from scheme members in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining accurate scheme recordsProcessing member benefit paymentsEnsuring compliance with relevant pension regulations and company policiesQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in Pension Administration and/or Employee BenefitsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
