Responsibilities: Prepare and issue subcontractor and supplier packages. Evaluate quotations and negotiate terms. Appoint subcontractors and suppliers with contracts or purchase orders. Prepare and submit monthly valuations (applications for payment) to the client or main contractor. Measure and value completed works and variations. Negotiate and agree payment certificates. Identify, price, and track changes to the original scope of work. Submit variation claims and justify costs. Maintain records to support claims and negotiations. Measure works on site (manually or using digital tools). Compare actual quantities to BoQs and drawings. Reconcile quantities and costs with subcontractors. Assess and certify subcontractor interim and final payments. Manage subcontractor variations and claims. Monitor subcontractor performance vs. contract terms. Experience: - Should hold a Quantity Surveying Degree. - Ideally have 4-5 years relevant experience within the Construction industry.
