Business Development Manager - Security Solutions (CCTV / Access Control)
Location: Republic of Ireland (Ideally based within commuting distance of Dublin)
Company: Our client is a global player in the commercial security sector, offering a full suite of access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions for large commercial buildings and manufacturing facilities.
They are expanding their team in the Irish market and are looking to appoint a new sales professional to drive growth across the Republic of Ireland.
Role: Selling end-to-end security systems, including CCTV, access control, monitoring platforms, and integrated security solutions to large commercial premises, industrial sites, manufacturing plants, and similar high-value environments.
This is a nan account management role, focusing on identifying and securing long-term opportunities.
Sales cycles are longer and involve selling at the C‑suite and senior management level.
Autonomy to manage territory while supported by an experienced technical and operations team.
What We're Looking For
Background in security systems, CCTV, access control, or building technology solutions
Experience selling into commercial or industrial end-users
Confident selling at C‑level and managing long sales cycles
Professional, self‑motivated, and well organised
Must be based in ROI, ideally within reach of Dublin
