Our client is a Real Estatecompany looking to grow their finance team due to natural year -on -year growth. Dueto this growth they are looking for a commercial -minded accountant to work closelywith the CCO to oversee a number of projects and provide financial insights. The ideal candidate would have1 -3 years PQE within a finance analyst / FP&A / Finance Business Partnerrole. Ideally, working across real estate/construction/infrastructure/renewableswould be an advantage as well as having strong experience manipulating data andbuilding dashboard. Responsibilities:Lead monthly reviews and performance analysis ofproject financials to support strategic decision -making.Monitor project trends and cost variances,collaborating with commercial and finance teams to implement timely correctivemeasures.Review and assess Cost Value Reports prepared bythe project's commercial team to ensure budget accuracy and integrity.Design, develop, and maintain group -wide dataanalytics dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to enhance reporting andinsight generation. Requirements:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)1 -3 years PQE within Finance Analyst / FP&A / Finance Business PartnerStrong analytical skills, with the ability tointerpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
