Role Overview:
Radiology Assistant
This is a varied and rewarding role which forms part of the Radiology Department's multidisciplinary team. As a key support staff member, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to patients in assigned areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome and escort patients to imaging suites ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Support Radiographers during all Diagnostic Imaging examinations, maintaining a safe and effective environment.
* Manage stock levels of consumables, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
* Maintain general housekeeping standards within the Ultrasound Department, adhering to departmental guidelines.
This role requires a flexible individual with excellent communication skills who can work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
