Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating records related to commercial aspects of projects, including variations and Sub Contract packages. They will assist with on-site construction inspections and measurements, liaise with site agents to ensure accurate receipt of information, and manage Sub Contract orders from award to Final account stages.
This role requires a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years' post qualification experience, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be commercially and contractually aware, proficient in MS Software packages, and able to represent the company professionally. They will also have good time-keeping skills and be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
The selected individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by providing financial reports, attending monthly site progress meetings, and assisting with the preparation and submission of valuations.
