Needham Haulage are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team.
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles and trailers ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy goods vehicles.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.
* Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic or similar role.
* Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Strong knowledge of HGV systems, including hydraulics, brakes, and electronics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used.
* Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
