Role
Digital Marketing Executive – a creative, analytical and highly motivated professional who will drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness and boost e-commerce conversions. You will be a key contributor to growth both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
PPC: Analyse and report on paid advertising campaigns, working with the E‑Commerce Manager to optimise and maximise visibility and ROI.
SEO & Website: Provide weekly SEO reports, ensure all websites are SEO/GEO optimised, and monitor keyword and meta‑data analysis.
Email Marketing: Work closely with the design team and stakeholders to execute email marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines and approved strategies.
Analytics: Monitor and report on website traffic, channels and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Reporting: Collect data from relevant sources and present it in a meaningful way to support data‑driven decisions.
Trend Watching: Keep a pulse on digital marketing innovations so the brand stays ahead of the curve.
E‑Commerce Projects: Execute all tasks assigned by the E‑Commerce Manager that support our customers’ digital experience.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing role; retail/e‑commerce experience is a major plus.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics and email‑marketing software; experience with an ERP is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills, an eye for detail and a brand‑first mindset.
Adaptability, Flexibility & Time Management: Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to Detail: Organised, data‑driven and keen on detail.
