We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure all calls logged with the Facilities repair helpdesk are managed and processed efficiently.
Responsibilities include call logging, purchase order management, and metrics reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing helpdesk services to stores by accepting and logging repair issues.Logging repair calls and assigning contractors to resolve store issues effectively and efficiently.Meeting with contractors to resolve issues and develop relationships.Achieving month-end deadlines to ensure accurate P&L accruals.Managing reactive maintenance database.Coordinating responses to maintenance issues.Creating, updating, and goods-receipting POs on BC in a timely manner.Updating the Facilities Database with store and contractor information.Preparing reports and analyzing metrics/data, such as the preferred contractor list.Resolving pricing queries with contractors.Performing general administrative duties within the Facilities department and providing backup support for Energy.Performing other duties as required by the business.The successful candidate will possess the following: Leaving CertificateStrong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent people management and negotiation skills, with good verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsThe ability to identify and solve problems, be self-motivated, and maintain a consistent work methodologyGood time management skillsMusgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
