* Generate and maintain reports as needed to support operational and management requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in a dynamic office setting.
* Strong, demonstrable experience using iPMS for appointment booking.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Experience using T-Pro transcriber.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general report generation.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
