Lead Financial Strategy and Reporting
A leading organisation seeks a seasoned finance expert to drive financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and audits across its group entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review consolidated statutory financial statements and management accounts.
* Provide detailed financial analysis for the Board, banks, and senior management.
* Oversee budgeting process, forecasting, and development of strategic business plans.
* Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
* Review and manage monthly cash flow and ensure robust financial controls.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience.
* Strong technical expertise in statutory reporting, consolidation, and budgeting.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish GAAP and experience working with public sector entities is desirable.
