Machinelab is a growing engineering and manufacturing business. We are seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to manage day to day purchasing, monitor inbound purchase orders, and support internal jobs and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise, manage, and monitor purchase orders
* Track inbound POs, lead times, deliveries, and backorders
* Support internal jobs/work orders by ensuring materials and services are available
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or availability issues
* Ensure accurate goods receipt and PO documentation
* Maintain supplier and item data within the ERP system
* Support invoice matching and purchasing reports
* Work closely with Operations, Production, and Engineering team.
Requirements
* Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration
* Strong experience managing purchase orders and inbound deliveries
* ERP experience (manufacturing or engineering environment preferred)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
* Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
