The Role
As a key member of the fund accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery to a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence across all outputs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the preparation and review of daily, weekly, and monthly fund valuations
Ensuring high‑quality service delivery in line with agreed client standards and deadlines
Leading and supporting a team to achieve consistent, efficient, and controlled outcomes
Reviewing complex transactions and applying technical expertise to resolve issues
Managing client relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded
Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and risk indicators to maintain strong operational control
Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Investor Relations, Depositary, IT, and other operational teams
Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
Supporting new client onboarding, product launches, and strategic initiatives
Contributing to projects focused on enhancing systems and operating models
Coaching and developing team members, with a strong focus on performance and succession planning
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong technical background combined with leadership capability and a proactive mindset.
You will ideally have:
3–4 years’ experience in hedge fund accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Solid knowledge of complex financial instruments, particularly OTC derivatives
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
