A leading global bank is seeking to hire a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join its Dublin-based team. This is a key front-office role focused on managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of large Irish and multinational corporate clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions, driving new business development, and maintaining high standards of credit and risk management. This position offers significant exposure to complex transactions, cross-border client engagement, and collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients across diverse sectors.
Originate new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships.
Collaborate with internal product partners across lending, trade finance, cash management, FX, and capital markets to deliver integrated solutions.
Lead the credit process from origination to approval, including preparation and review of credit applications.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
Represent the bank in client meetings, industry events, and support the strategic goals of the Dublin branch.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate or institutional banking, preferably within an international environment.
Strong credit and financial analysis skills with a proven ability to assess complex corporate structures and transactions.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executing new business development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACCA) are advantageous.
