Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of urban planning projects, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. As part of this role, you will be responsible for working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and policymakers, to create innovative, sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our community.
* Project Development: Develop and deliver urban planning projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
* Community Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure that their voices shape the city's future.
* Regulatory Compliance: Analyze and interpret zoning laws, land use plans, and environmental assessments to ensure project compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field. A Master's is a plus.
* Experience: 5+ years in urban or regional planning, with proven leadership on complex projects.
* Knowledge: Expertise in Irish planning regulations, sustainable design principles, and project management.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
