Job Summary

* Schedule and manage engine short-term operations, lease, and lease pool inductions, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
* Create lease return discrepancy reports to identify and rectify issues.
* Develop and maintain documentation file structures for efficient access and retrieval.
* Establish and manage asset projects in various databases, including the Electronic Asset Transfer System.
* Update record systems and generate weekly tracker reports to monitor progress.
* Participate in weekly conference calls with stakeholders to discuss project updates and address concerns.
* Verify customer-supplied documentation for accuracy and communicate with customers and external parties to resolve open issues.
* Analyze lease pool induction engines, including Back-to-Birth (BtB) reviews of Life Limited Parts. Communicate with external parties to close open BtB paperwork issues.
* Negotiate with external vendors to resolve LLP documentation issues.
* Collaborate with customers, Technical Consultants, Stakeholders, and internal departments to create and compile necessary documentation for Marketing Sales Document (MSD) packs.
* Edit MSD packages where necessary to complete documentation.
* Use Original Engine Manufacturers' Manuals and Service Documentation to review Life Limited Cycle Restrictions on LLPs being analyzed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and critical Airworthiness Directives relevant to our role.
* Utilize specialized computer databases containing live and archived engine/component records.
* Support other Engineering and Back-to-Birth teams as dictated by customer demands.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to work.
* Able to work effectively in teams and possess a willingness to undergo training and travel as necessary for work-related purposes.
* Proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
* Aircraft and/or aircraft engine knowledge would be an advantage.
