The SFA HR Executive will work to provide exceptional member services, focusing on employee relations advice and business-focused guidance. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality support to CSI membership while ensuring streamlined service delivery across the full SFA membership.
Job Description
1. Provide expert industrial relations, employment law, and human resource support to members through our Knowledge Centre
2. Orientate clients on all aspects of running a business including IR/HR, commercial law, finance, sales & marketing procurement family businesses etc
3. Keep up-to-date with employment law; industrial relations and human resource development trends;
4. Maintain written contributions for SFA/CSI publications as well as posting content online; Assist with Membership Development activities like devising promotional materials targeting potential customers converting them into paid subscribers.
