We’re looking for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial, strategic and business operational background to join our high performing Monetization Strategy & Operations team. Our team is responsible for shaping monetization efforts in the region primarily focused on driving revenue growth strategies, sales enablement and efficiency efforts.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

Responsibilities
* Perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
* Support in developing processes and policies related to business needs.
* Support and manage initiatives on a project basis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in EMEA and cross-region where needed.
* Anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them through developing strategic project plans and data-driven analysis.
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
* Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
* Provide administrative and logistical support for various business projects and events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Final year or recent graduate.
* Ability to perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
* Experience in supporting the development of processes and policies related to business needs.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives on a project basis and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop strategic project plans.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in data-driven analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently solve problems in a dynamic environment.
