Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills, active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity's Identity Security portfolio. This role will be based in Cork/hybrid model with French language as a key skill.Responsibilities:Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresent our company to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account ManagersReport to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales resultsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offeringsQualifications:Experience: 1+ years in software salesLanguage Skills: Fluent in English and FrenchEducation: Bachelor's degree preferedDrive : Highly motivated, target-driven, hunter mentalitySkills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
