Health and Safety Technical Lead Job Description
The Health and Safety Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with national, European, and organisational health, safety, quality, environmental, and energy standards.
* Support the implementation and execution of the HSQE strategy across the organisation.
* Lead and deliver company-wide HSQE initiatives, projects, and programmes focused on improving the Safety Management System.
Responsibilities also include coordinating action plans in response to HSQE non-compliances identified across business units, collaborating with Regional Health & Safety Managers and teams to address them, collecting, analysing, and reporting HSQE performance data (KPIs, trends, incident/near-miss data) for senior stakeholders, and providing specialist health & safety advice to functional areas.
