Youll: Lead the commercial management of one or multiple projects Work closely with delivery teams to keep projects on track financially Manage cost reporting, valuations, and variations Oversee procurement and develop supply chain relationships Identify and manage commercial risks Contribute to feasibility, budgeting, and tendering for new schemes Support and mentor more junior QS team members Youll be based mainly from the head office in Meath, with approximately 10%-20% site interaction.
