Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant with construction experience located in Dublin. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling clerical tasks. Daily tasks will also include answering phone calls, maintaining records, assisting on quotation and procurement, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Clerical Skills and record-keeping abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
