Moulding Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong technical skills, particularly in injection moulding and automation.
This position involves working closely with the maintenance team to ensure site equipment operates efficiently under 24/7 conditions. Key responsibilities include identifying and eliminating machine failures, providing consultative support to manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering (polymer/mechanical/electronic) and experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge of 21 CFR part 820 guidelines is highly desirable.
