My client, in the Healthcare sector, based in Tullamore, Co.
Offaly is looking to recruit a Grade IV Clerical Officer for their office.
This will be a temporary 6-month contract
Hours 9am-5pm Mon- Fri

Key duties & responsibilities:
Manage email inbox
Telephone queries
Setting up meetings
Reception duties and clerical administration to support the office.
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years office/admin/clerical experience within the HSE
Proficient with MS Office packages i.e. Word & Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Must be fluent in written & oral English
