Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all orders received via CRM system in a timely and efficient manner.
* Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status, providing regular updates and resolutions.
* Review and maintain customers' open orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Investigate and resolve order processing issues reported by customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy on SAP, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date customer account information and communicate changes to the commercial sales team, fostering strong relationships.
* Stay informed about products, inventory levels, special requirements, and promotions, leveraging this knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Regularly communicate with Team Lead on all changes, issues, and potential concerns related to customer accounts.
* Work with central warehouse and supply chain teams to address inventory, escalations, and customer inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with and execution of Quality Management System (QMS) processes, supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is desired, preferably in the healthcare industry but not essential.
* Must be fluent in Dutch and French, with English fluency being essential.
* Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and comfortable with IT systems.
* SAP or other ERP system experience is a significant advantage.
