We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our friendly and busy team in Ballinasloe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and probate, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing and probate department.
* Preparing legal documents, forms, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Managing case files from initial instruction to completion.
* Maintaining and updating case management systems.
* Handling telephone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically in conveyancing and probate.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
