HR Generalist - 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Dublin
We are partnering with a market-leading professional services firm to appoint an accomplished HR Generalist to their Dublin team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, this role offers an opportunity to operate as a true HR business partner - combining hands-on operational delivery with active involvement in strategic HR projects. You will work across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice, compliance, and a people-first approach that supports a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
* Provide trusted HR partnership to senior leaders, driving effective people strategies aligned with business priorities.
* Lead on employee relations and performance management, ensuring outcomes that are fair, legally compliant, and commercially sound.
* Shape and implement HR initiatives across policy development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
* Champion continuous improvement in HR service delivery, leveraging systems, data, and best practice.
* Contribute to HR projects spanning talent management, leadership development, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Essential Experience required:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within professional services or a comparable high-performance sector.
* Strong track record in employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to balance operational priorities with strategic business outcomes.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and highly credible, with the resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong HR systems proficiency and a keen eye for process and data-driven improvement.
* Self-directed and collaborative, capable of building influence at all levels.
