Responsibilities
* Manage the HR & Recruitment Department and work with the management team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures in compliance with Irish employment legislation.
* Recruitment and selection including handling general applications and references.
* Ensure new employees complete relevant paperwork, Garda Vetting, contracts and competence; manage induction and accuracy of information provided.
* Maintain staff records, confidentiality of HR data, time and attendance, and training records; monitor employee appraisals, probationary and performance reviews.
* Develop and update policies and procedures (e.g., working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, T&A management).
* Coordinate and/or deliver relevant HR & Recruitment training as required; perform general HR & administration duties.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years HR & Recruitment experience; previous Health and Social Care sector experience is desirable but not essential.
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Human Resource Management.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient administration and organisational skills.
