Supermarket Duty Manager – North Dublin
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join a busy and well-established supermarket in Dublin.

Salary – €40k -€45k plus bonus
Responsibilities:
1. Support the management team in the daily running of the supermarket
2. Ensure excellent customer service and high store standards
3. Lead and motivate staff during shifts
4. Support stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention
5. Assist with staff training and development
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a supermarket or grocery retail environment
8. Trainee or Duty Manager experience preferred
9. Strong communication and leadership skills
10. Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
11. Ability to work flexible hours to suit business needs
