A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Social Worker Team Leader, Disability Services IHA Dublin South & Wicklow from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Purpose of the Post: To provide leadership and coordination within the multidisciplinary disability team, ensuring the delivery of integrated, person-centred, and rights-based care.
The Team Leader oversees care planning, promotes effective interagency collaboration, and supports staff in applying trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
The role also ensures that service users' voices are central to all decisions and that the service operates in line with best-practice standards and safeguarding frameworks.
