You'll support the Head Chef with prep, service, and keeping things clean, consistent and running smoothly.well-run, friendly environment.we do real cooking with fresh ingredient's. we stay away from frozen, chips, burgers and Piza.What you'll do*Assist with daily prep (veg, sauces, basic mise en place).*Work hot or cold station during service (depending on experience).*Follow kitchen systems and spec consistently.*Keep your section clean and stocked.*Support smooth service and good communication.What we're looking for* Previous kitchen experience at least 3-5 years.*Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.*Reliable, on-time and team-focused.*Willing to clean, prep, and learn – no ego.Hours and Pay*Starting at €17 per hour progressing, dependant on performance and ability to €20 an hour.Kitchen Experience.*Minimum 3 years of real kitchen experience*Familiar with batch prep (e.g sauces, garnishes, veg, mise en plate).*Has worked Service in a small team (e.g 2-4 Chefs)*Comfortable working solo during quiter periods.Skills and Self-Management.*HACCP, stock rotation, prep lists*Cleaning and hygiene standards to a high level.*Can follow prep guidelines and instructions.* Has experience in high-volume or fast-paced environment.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €17 per hourExpected hours: FulltimeAdditional pay:TipsBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: €17.00-€20.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
