About Your New Job
You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the full product portfolio
Lead and manage a high-performance sales team of 5 product specialists, with 3 members having over 10 years of experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, including HSE and private healthcare customers
This will be a full field-based position covering nationwide but predominantly the greater Dublin area
You will monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and implement improvements to ensure targets are met or exceeded
You will act as the main point of contact between your team, senior management, and suppliers, ensuring alignment on business objectives and effective communication of vision and goals
What Skills You Need
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team selling medical devices
Experience selling within hospital environments, specifically dealing with procurement or clinical nurse managers
A full Irish driving licence is required for this role
You will need full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
