Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing user management, learner enrolments, video content editing, learning curriculum enhancement, and training manual maintenance.
* User management and learner enrolment
* Editing video content for the LMS
* Enhancing learning curriculum and learning plans on the LMS
* Managing training manuals, user guides, FAQs and video tutorials
* Providing training support across the firm
* Developing policies to ensure LMS use
* Overseeing content quality and eliminating duplication
* Liaising with IT for issue resolution
* Maintaining LMS reports and staying up-to-date on updates
* Managing new learning content for learning initiatives
* Recommending L&D solutions based on firm requirements
About You
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong software skills, a BA degree in a relevant field, and excellent MS Office abilities. They must also possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen interest and literacy in IT. Key qualifications include:
