New Business/Reactivations Sales
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of New Business / Reactivations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting proactive outbound calls to business customers, focusing on both acquiring new business and re-engaging with inactive accounts. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success by ensuring all interactions and activities are accurately recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential new business customers and lapsed accounts to generate sales opportunities and reactivations.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with business customers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
* Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing your call schedule and follow-up activities.
* CRM Management: Accurately input all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks into the CRM system to ensure seamless customer relationship management.
* Reactivation Strategies: Implement established strategies to re-engage inactive customers, understand their concerns, and reintroduce them to our offerings.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
* Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to inform future strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
