Process Engineer Leadership Role
A high-impact Process Engineer is required to lead our process engineering team in delivering excellence in product quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* As a senior member of the team, you will be accountable for process improvement, technical support and leadership within an assigned value stream.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve complex process-related issues, ensuring seamless operations across multiple product lines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on quality enhancement and growth of overall equipment effectiveness.
* Engage with personnel to identify and resolve corrective actions addressing manufacturing quality-related issues.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 8 B.Sc. or B.Eng. honors degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biological Science, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Process Engineering.
* At least 7 years' experience working as an Engineer in a GMP environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Strong project management skills, including ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving methodology, interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
2. Experience with 'black belt' type statistical techniques (DOE, Process Capability Analysis, Hypothesis Test methods).
3. Problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC).
