Project Manager
Job Location: Amsterdam
Sector: Consultancy Inform3 are recruiting for a leading Construction Consultancy looking for a Project Manager working on prestigious projects based in Amsterdam. They are seeking a candidate who is a team player with 2 – 5 years experience ideally within the construction consultancy with a keen eye for detail. Project Manager Specification: Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.Develop and implement project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.Oversee quality management procedures to maintain high standards.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Project Manager Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.2 to 5 years of experience.Preferably experienced within a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer role, though other experiences will also be considered.Background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects is a plus.Excellent leadership abilities.High level of proficiency in reporting.Skilled in preparing and analysing construction programmes.Experience in contract administration is a valuable asset.Exceptional communication and computer skills.A keen eye for detail.Enthusiastic and meticulous team player dedicated to exceeding expectations.The client understands the value of high-level work and are therefore willing to offer candidates an excellent package in return.
