Job Title: Legal Secretary



Job Description:



In a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment, we seek an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our Partner working in commercial and civil litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.



Key responsibilities include:




* Maintaining client files in accordance with regulatory requirements

* Preparing legal documents using Keyhouse case management system

* Digital dictation requiring strong typing speeds of 60wpm

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation ,with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Strong communication skills are essential when liaising with clients,witnesses,Counsel,and other relevant individuals.
----------------------------------- (1) With regards supporting team members,a thorough understanding business document administration would be beneficial but not required.The company looks forward hearing from you!
