Corporate and M&A Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Corporate and M&A lawyer with 2 to 6 years PQE experience to join our practice group.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to advise clients at all stages of the company life-cycle, including private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A). You will have a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience from a large or medium-sized corporate law firm.
1. Assist in advising clients on complex corporate transactions such as IPOs, stock offerings, joint ventures etc.
