Production Manager

We are recruiting a
Production Manager
to lead manufacturing and logistics operations for a growing organisation based in
Mayo
. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
You will take ownership of production performance, develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in shaping manufacturing strategy and long-term resource planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring strong
H&S and quality compliance

* Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and commercial targets.
* Build, motivate, and develop a
high-performing production team
.
* Drive
continuous improvement
through KPIs and lean initiatives.
* Manage production costs in line with budgets and P&L objectives.
* Work closely with Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, and HR to optimise operations.
* Oversee maintenance programmes for plant and equipment.
* Provide weekly production and KPI reports to senior leadership.
* Support strategic planning for new products, processes, and markets.
