* Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, costs, and relevant issues.
* Oversee the tendering process for contractors and consultants, ensuring seamless appointment procedures.
* Lead project review meetings, documenting key discussions and decisions.
* Facilitate efficient information exchange between all parties involved in the contract.
Responsibilities also include:
* Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and delays, implementing solutions as needed.
* Negotiating valuations and final accounts with contractors and consultants.
* Monitoring construction quality and material specifications.
* E nsuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions by contractors and consultants.
