Role Summary:


The Senior Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading several Operations Teams within the Operations function ensuring compliance with all company standards and procedures.


This position will report to the Senior Operations Director and is expected to play a key role as a member of the wider Management Team.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead engagement planning, people capability and people initiatives for all areas of responsibility.
1. In conjunction with Project Engineering, identify scope and prepare capital request submissions and manage change control process for all areas of responsibility.
1. Drive, manage, embed operational excellence, continuous improvement culture in team delivering improvements through lean principles systems.
