What You’ll Do
Assist in providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
Support customers with queries about their policies, renewals, and claims.
Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
What We’re Looking For
A keen interest in insurance and a desire to complete the CIP qualification (exam support provided).
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
