Key Account Manager
Full-Time | Remote/Flexible (Ireland-based) | Occasional EMEA Travel

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, nurture key relationships, and expand my client's presence across Ireland. In this role, you’ll partner with contractors, architects, engineers, and developers—helping deliver industry-leading roofing solutions while ensuring projects meet the highest technical standards.
Responsibilities
* Grow sales and achieve agreed annual targets.
* Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and contractors.
* Identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
* Collaborate with our technical team to develop project specifications.
* Manage project pipelines, quotations, and stakeholder communications.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
* Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles within construction, building materials, or technical project environments.
* A proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering complex projects.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish construction sector, with experience working alongside contractors, architects, and consultants.
* Degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Full Irish/UK driving licence and valid passport for travel.

Package
Salary: £55,000 to potentially £70,000 for exceptional talent + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance + Pension + Benefits
